LDucko Posted January 27, 2022 Share Posted January 27, 2022 I typically would look to run all extras at the same time, otherwise you run the risk of extremely dragging out any combat encounter and subsequently falling prey to a TPK due to the legions of extras (even if it's only 2:1) having much more action economy than the "heroes"... eg if you had 2 Jaffa for every team member that's 2 actions the enemy has for each 1 action the team gets, the only time I would give an action outside of the extras would be if say there was a specific "First Prime" leading the battalion or some such circumstances....
