When I did reach someone, they assured me a second attempt would be made to send the product. I still don't have the product. I have paid for this in December 2021. Email gamemaster@wyverngaming.com and if that doesn't help you could try getting on the Discord channel - there's a place there to ask about Kickstarter Fullfillment, but they should still help with a Store order. I would have assumed that they would have replaced the distributor or get it fixed faster. Still no product. I have just emailed the person you referred me to, hope they can fix the issue. I have no idea about any of the previous attempts, if they even happened, but I did finally get a tracking number from a recognized delivery company and they successfully delivered my book. YAY!!!
