A Human from Earth, Leehan O'Reilley was lieutenant with crime syndicate tasked with smuggling Naquada and guns for the NID, arrested in a sting operation lead by SG-1, he turned states evidence against the upper bosses in turn for a shorter sentence and protective custody when he got out of prison and in return he had to enlist in the military.
