2002-Came to the attention of SGC recruiters, reassigned to Groom Lake Facility (Area 51) for assessment by Security head, Lt.Col Ferreti. Determined an ideal replacement team member for SG Teams 3,5, or 18, specifically, being Marine Combat Units. Drake was also a secondary candidate for any of over half a dozen teams. It was decided to brief him on knowledge of the SGC program. He was formally transferred to the SGC, and put through the SGC training program (See PROJECT: PROVING GROUND).
