Mal'tek

Mal'tek was a prison guard on the Goa'uld planet designated P6X-662. It is a harsh volcanic planet. The prison itself is surrounded by lava flows. Mal"tek was one of the lead guards behind the cruel warden Ka'kresh. After seeing decades of horrors perpetrated upon the prisoners under his guard he had had enough and assisted in helping the prisoners escape through the Chappa'ai. Being branded a Shol'va on the run for several years, alone and dodging bounty hunters he finally comes across SG12 on a random planet. After much convincing he agrees to join the SGC to help bring down the Goa'uld.
