Landon was a Tollan student traveling with his mentor, a prominent Tollan Scientist, Mathus when Tollana was destroyed. They had been on a long mission performing experiments researching different power supplies, but quickly disbanded their experiments and sought refuge. Although his mentor only sought asylum to continue his experiments, Landon wanted to fight back against the Goa’uld in any way he could. He set out on his own and eventually he found his way to Stargate Phoenix.
