Unfortunately it would seem you do not get the PDF if you buy the physical book from my local game store or from Modiphius. The late-Sept shipping message is an old one that hasn't been updated. Unless you really want both pdf and physical copy, you can probably get a physical copy faster from a Game Shop than through ordering online here. I wouldn't buy anything from them until they start talking to the public again.
