Algernon Pike Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 The core rulebook does not have a campaign. It DOES have an episode planning/pacing guide for a "season" at your table. It's a very well-constructed treatise on the composition of a campaign, but it does not include encounters or specific plot points like a campaign book in the line of Curse of Strahd or Dragon Heist. Episodes 1 & 2 are both available from the store and more episodes are due to follow. Each episode includes a mission, background and NPC stats etc.. I just bought the book from my local game store and I was wondering the same thing, after paying $60 for the book It would be nice for it to include a code for a free PDF so I can quickly search for a key word. otherwise I need to pay more for it... don't get me wrong I want to support the games development but at the same time this is the most expensive tabletop RPG book I have purchased.
